What is 'THE PLAN' for youth empowerment?

So you need a National Executive Committee

12 members to be elected at a regional level.

Then you need 12 regional Management Committees’s of 6-12 young people, all diversities not just one.

Then you need local groups in every borough in each region so one young person represents each area.

WE want a decent youth economy chancellor, for 12 million children!

In lock down 2020 all working adults had furlough a 90 billion economy, given to them and self employed people were given up to £7500 a month in wages.

You may say that children and young people don’t pay taxes and so why should the youth be given an annual budget?

It now takes a footballer to shame the Government to give a daily school meal to poor children in a pandemic is why.

Once children were given free school milk and many free school dinners
Once children were given £30 a week for Education EMA if they attended a college after 16yrs old.
Once children were given youth clubs and sports halls.
Once children were given nursery placements and grants if they wanted to go to universities.
Once children were given a caution and now they are placed in a prison at the age of 10 as a sentence.

So if Government give children an economy they own, even a pound each child in the UK, then they can let us know how we can help them survive beyond 2020 and it will be a 2020 legacy for the small change needed to listen to the children themselves before they get into trouble, fail in education, are in the dark ages with play facilities, are not fit or even very healthy. Lets make the small change, ONE big voice.

Simply divide into 1 million pounds per UK region.

The ACTION PLAN after the youth economy of £1 a child is given by the chancellor in 2020 and put into law statue forever..

Launch a confidential ‘youth satellite’ through sponsorship by a big bank like ‘Barings’ for example, who love youth projects!

Confidential communication/data is essential in all organisations, think NHS, or the police and Home Office. Also think child abuse exposure on the internet, you don't want harvesting of children's data.

Step 1. Permission is sought for 5000sqft freehold land from each council region. Simply apply to the council as regional youth.

Step 2. Have 4000sqft pre-fabricated, delivered, built with tech fittings, diamond shaped segmented offices for £1 million each.

Step 3. Now that you own land and have offices, have meetings monthly at the facilities and also raise money hiring them.

Step 4. Don’t overdo any fundraising, now that you are more commercial as well as have the annual £1 million per region in law.

Step 5. Invest in children and young people in art and educational pods in parks, beaches, schools as well as voting bollards.

Then roll out what the Head Quarters has, diamond shaped offices and pods but on a local level using renewable energy.

The youth economy will then at all times be available on our www.youthparliament.uk website. So even if £2 is used for a bus fare, this will be transparently uploaded in real time. Requests can be made there too.

The digital platforms created by youth for youth will allow membership votes in real time for all members, including on finance, through our voting platforms including solar bollards with digital screens.
